Pilates offers a comprehensive programme of exercises and flowing movements offering the benefit of increased flexibility, muscle balance and core strength.

Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and works on increasing body awareness and correcting muscle imbalances, particularly of the spine.

Sarah teaches in a holistic way, with an emphasis on the mind and body connection with resulting relaxation and stress relief.
