This autumn join us for Soulful Sunday's, the ultimate wind-down and reboot to leave you feel calm, grounded and in your body. In this class you'll be guided to drop into the bodies senses, feeling your way shape by shape and listening in to the whispers of your body for this slow and meditative practice. Following a guided meditation designed bring you into a deep state of relaxation, we will finish with a freshly prepared juice to rejuvenate our cells and bring a little zing to your Sunday.
The yin approach works to promote flexibility in areas often seen as non-malleable, especially in the hips, spine and shoulders by holding the poses for longer holds it allows the joints to gently open increasing range of motion. This style of yoga in based on the ground with added supports and is suitable for all levels and ages. Yoga Nidra meditation eases the nervous system into parasympathetic activation (rest and restore mode) - the ultimate antidote to our fast pace modern lives. This style of meditation helps to reduce cortisol levels (stress hormone) and can leave you feeling recharged like you've woken up from a good nights sleep.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and yoga bolster if you have one. There will be some bolsters available to borrow, please let Emilie know if you need one before hand.

Emilie will ensure there is a minimum of 1.5m spaces in between mats, it is advised to wear masks on entry and exit, they can of course be removed once on your mat and to wash your hands.
