In these hatha yoga classes you will heal your body and mind as you practise poses to improve your balance, strength and flexibility. By exercising your muscles, ligaments and tendons, and creating more flexible joints, yoga will make you feel better everyday of your life. While focusing on your breath, you will work into the systems of your body and improve your spine to promote a freer flow of energy through your nervous system. At the end of the yoga class you will enjoy a deep relaxation where you can let any remaining stresses go. With regular practise you will make positive changes and will feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
